  2. As I was reading Night I thought to myself they are going to be killed like the foreign jews. I was relieved to find out they weren't. Wiesel and his family would be one of many families to deported. All being sent to concentration camps, ghettos, and to their death. All to aspire the dream of one man. Who may have been part jewish himself. The right to exterminate a whole race belongs to no one. A dictator is a dictator no matter how change the name.

  3. During this time, the Jewish people were looked upon as scum. They were no greater than the dirt the Germans walked on. Anyone born into this race or practiced this religion was to be removed from society ... completely! Weisel and his family was part of this group and that is why they were forced into the deportation process. They were commanded to leave their homes, live in the ghettos and later move into concentration camps. Unfortunately, Weisel's mother and sister were not valuable to the Germans and were separated from him and his father. When Elie and his father entered the first concentration camp, Auschwitz, they went through the selection process. Luckily, their lives were spared and they were able to work as laborers within the camp.

  4. It is unfortunate that the Wiesel family are actually heading towards their own deaths. They are headed towards a concentration camp where they would be tortured, abused, and treated like the dirt beneath the Germans feet. They will experience tribulations that could rival that of the most retched animal. They will experience death at every turn and will smell the stench of burning flesh. They will now know what poverty means and will now cherish the days when the could actually sleep without hearing screams. And do you know why they are going to go trough this? Do you understand that hate is the only reason why this is going to happen. Hate, the hate a single man feels. The hate that spread through the world like the Bubonic plague and ravished the ethnicities that got into the way.The Jewish, the Gypsies, and even other Germans. Hate the only link between us and the Germans.

  5. While I was reading, I think probable, they would like killing them all, but as I keep on reading, they actually don’t. In the Holocaust, they deported Jews to the ghetto or to concentration camps. Since in this time, the Jewish people were looked as garbage. According to Hitler Jews were not part of the society; it was degrading to be a Jewish. Only Eli and his father went to Auschwitz, and for the good luck of them they went to labor camps not to death camps.

  6. Now that i have learned about the Holocaust and look back on all that i learned from it i now know that Wiesel's Family was heading to there doom. The Nazi's were getting rid of the lesser races like they called them by sending them first to this work camps where they were over worked and misfeed to weaken them. Then after they were over worked the weak ones were send to death camps were they were gas and killed and then there bodies would be burned. Wiesel family didn't know this they though they would just be over worked but not that if they got to weak when selection came they could be sent to a death camp to there death with many others which were gased.
